At ReNue your crown, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Human Hair Products
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, toppers, extensions, ponytails, and other hair pieces, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims may qualify for:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund, where applicable
Hair Care & Wellness Products
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Professional Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
